Snow Ice Cream

IMG_1108It’s snowing! I love the snow and everything that comes with it. Today my husband and I went sledding on Art Hill — a St. Louis tradition — and when we came home I made snow ice cream. Yum! Snow ice cream is easy and fun to make and is perfect for a snowy day like today.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon snow
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • Prep time: 5 min
  • Servings: 4
  • Difficulty: easy

Directions

Collect snow in large clean bowl.
